Early registration ended January 15, 2008. Regular registration rates are in effect from January 16 to June 10, 2008.

BWRC Payment Plan
BWRC is offering a registration payment plan from May 1-June 10. Pay a minimum nonrefundable deposit of $125 to secure your space and materials, and pay the remainder by June 12. By registering a deposit, you can avoid disappointment by preregistering for your workshops now and ensure your spot in quickly filling sessions during these final seven weeks leading up to the conference. This also enables us to respond to high demand and allocate the best resources to accommodate all attendees without the last-minute crunch. The payment plan option is offered for full conference registration and Friday & Saturday workshops registrations only.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be in writing and received on or prior to May 1, 2008 by mail or fax. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2008. Black Writers Reunion & Conference reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker or session without notice.
If you have not read or do not agree with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, DO NOT PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION.
