Exhibitor Opportunities
Exhibitors will have opportunities to connect with conference participants and the public during the 2008 Black Writers Reunion & Conference being held Friday, June 20, and Saturday, June 21, 2008, in Tampa, Florida. Exhibitor tables will be located near the conference meeting rooms, making it a high-traffic area for conference participants. The 50-Author Expo will be held in a ballroom at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel. Exhibitor applications are now being accepted.
Exhibitor opportunities will be made available first to BWRC workshop presenters and conference attendees; therefore, we are unable to guarantee that slots will be available for exhibitors who are not presenting sessions or attending the conference. BWRC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any sponsorship which in its judgment is not in keeping with the character of BWRC. Sponsorship does not constitute BWRC's endorsement or approval of the sponsor's goods or services and the sponsor agrees not to communicate an intended endorsement or approval.
Exhibitor Directory - All exhibitors will be listed in the Exhibitor Directory which will be made available via the website and at the conference.
TERMS
Each exhibitor is provided exhibit space of one-half of a six-foot, skirted display table with one chair at the rates outlined on the application form. Should you need a full six-foot vendor booth during the general exhibitor hours of 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., indicate on the application and submit the applicable fee payment. Six-foot tables are NOT available during the 50-Author Expo. For more information, download the Exhibitor Information packet below.
